I am currently Head of Modern Foreign Languages at a mainstream school in London, as well as an SEN specialist and native Spanish teacher. I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education, with a focus on language disorders, and a Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the University of Barcelona. I have also completed a specialist course in teaching Spanish as a foreign language to children and young people with Special Educational Needs. With over 20 years of experience, I have taught across a range of educational settings, including IB, GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level programmes, preparing students for AQA, Edexcel and Cambridge examination boards. I also have extensive experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language to adults, from beginner to advanced levels.

She is adept at creating engaging, tailored lesson plans that integrate cultural aspects of the languages she teaches, helping students not only achieve academic success but also gain confidence in real-life communication.
